Return/Replacement
We do our best to make you satisfied with our products & services. All products must pass quality checks and cross-checks before shipping. But in certain cases, you need to return or replace the product; aspects need to be taken care of. All our orders are made to order, and a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges are charged on return for a replacement.
Refundable
- Returns/Replacements & Refund are accepted only within 30 days from the delivery date.
- The product must be returned in the original packaging and should be as good as new with tags attached.
- In the case of Returns, Customers may be responsible for return shipping.
- We accept returns for defective, incorrect, or unsatisfactory items (conditions apply).
- If we have made a mistake, we'll also refund the Shipping & Delivery charges.
- You need to send photos of the defects before Return/Replacement.
Non-Refundable
- Products sold in SALE & DISCOUNT are Non-Refundable unless the product has a defect.
- Made-to-Measure & Full Customised Leathers are not refundable or replaceable.
- Worn or altered items can not be returned.
How to Return?
If the product is eligible for Return or Refund, please follow the instructions.
- First of all, get approval for Return, Request a Return at support@lederhosenmen.com
- Please mention your name, order number & email address, which is used to place an order. If the product is defective, please send photos of the defects.
- Our sales representative will get back to you within 48 working hours to serve you in the best possible way.
- Returns are processed at our facility in Pakistan. Return address will be provided after approval for Return/Replacement. When you return an item to us for your protection, we recommend using a recorded delivery service.

Refund
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 working days after we receive your return to the original payment method.
- A refund will be made to your original payment method, i.e., PayPal or Stripe (PCI DSS v3.2)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
